Terms of Service

Terms that govern use of this studio website, products, and services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is owned by me or licensed to the studio and protected by copyright and related laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

3. Product descriptions

I do my best to keep product descriptions and images accurate and up to date. Still, the site content is provided as is, and I cannot guarantee that every description is always complete, current, or error-free.

4. Digital downloads

Digital downloads are for personal use only. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files. Commercial use, resale, or distribution of digital files is strictly prohibited.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Physical products ship according to the shipping policy. If a physical order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing something, I send a replacement first. If a replacement isn't possible, you get a refund instead. If you'd rather have a refund than a replacement, reach out and we'll work it out case-by-case. Contact me within 30 days of delivery to report a problem. Changing your mind isn't a reason for a refund — everything ships pre-made in small runs.

If Economy Mail tracking shows it never arrived, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions apply if the wrong file was delivered, the download is corrupted, there's an unresolvable technical issue, it's a duplicate purchase, or fraud is involved. I try to fix the issue first. A refund only happens if it can't be fixed, or the order was a duplicate purchase or involved fraud.

If we made the mistake, we'll fix it.

6. Limitation of liability

I'm an artist running a small studio, not a large corporation, so these terms help protect the studio from outsized claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, this site or its products.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts serving the Massachusetts region where the studio operates.
