Clear details on physical shipping, digital delivery, and what to do if an order needs help.
Physical orders
I currently ship physical items (like vinyl stickers) within the United States only. Digital files and the 3D Mockup Add-on are delivered instantly and are not limited by region — same as in our FAQ.
I pack orders by hand, so if things get busy, I'll still do my best to ship within 3 days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, then tracking as soon as it ships. Carrier timing depends on your US address and delivery service.
If a package is lost after it leaves my studio, contact me with your order number — I'll help trace it or discuss next steps.
Digital goods
Digital files and Vault access are delivered after payment completes. Use the links on your thank-you page and in your account when logged in. Mixed carts are normal: physical items ship on their own timeline while digital access unlocks after payment.
Returns & refunds
Digital products are generally final once delivered — see Terms of Service for detail. For physical goods, reach out within 14 days of delivery if there's damage, a mis-pick, or another issue; I'll work with you on a replacement or refund where it fits the policy.
