Yes. You can buy stickers and art prints together with digital downloads in a single order when those products are in stock and published to the same catalog.

Physical items ship from the US. Rates and regions available at checkout depend on the carrier and region configured for the store.

After purchase you receive confirmation by email. Use the carrier link in that message, or open your account orders page for status while logged in with the same email you used at checkout.

When your order is fulfilled, digital line items show under Account → Assets. Download links are generated securely per request.

The add-on is a 3D mockup experience tied to your purchase. After fulfillment, use the link from your assets or the add-on section to open the scene. Embed options for your own storefront are described on the add-on pages.

Digital products are not refundable once delivered. For physical items, contact support with your order number if something arrives damaged or wrong and we will make it right.
