What does Neoruki offer?
Neoruki is a small independent sticker shop focused on premium hand-drawn collectible art, high-contrast design, and limited character drops.
Where do you ship?
Physical stickers ship within the United States only. At checkout, you can select Economy Mail ($2.49, no tracking, 7–14 days) or USPS Ground Advantage ($3.99, tracked, 3–5 business days). Free tracked shipping automatically applies to all US orders over $35.
How do I track my order?
If you selected USPS Ground Advantage at checkout, your shipping email and account order page will contain a direct USPS tracking link. If you selected Economy Mail, your order is shipped via stamped envelope to keep costs low, which does not include door-to-door tracking.
What sticker finishes are available?
Most designs are available in Matte and Hologram finishes. Availability varies by drop.
What are the stickers made from?
Premium, hand-drawn vinyl stickers featuring a durable laminate coating and a bold white die-cut border.
How does the 3D add-on work?
The 3D add-on is an interactive mockup for your storefront. After checkout, open Account → 3D add-on setup to redeem your order, copy your embed snippet, and register the domain where the scene should run.
Return / refund policy?
For physical items, contact support with your order number if something arrives damaged or wrong and I'll make it right.
